I know I say this a lot, but we absolutely loved this wedding. Gouritz was a place most of us had never been to and, afterwards, became a place none of us wanted to leave ever again. There is something about small town weddings that just makes you feel right at home, and Gouritz River truly could have been the poster town for that fact. Yet Gouritz was not the best thing about this weekend, Simon and Joanique were two of the sweetest, most caring and most considerate people we had ever had the privilege of working with, even going so far as putting together a cooler box with all our favourite soft drinks. Working on this wedding, not even for a single moment, felt like work; it was like we were guests at a friend's wedding, where we just happened to be taking pictures. It is a wedding we will forever remember and forever feel pride that we were chosen to be a part of it.
